These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between WULOJ ("Company," "we," "us," "our") and you ("User," "you," "your"). By accessing and using the WULOJ platform and services (including all features, functionality, content, and services offered through the website and mobile applications at wuloj.com and related domains – collectively referred to as "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions contained herein.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Service. These Terms apply to all users, whether you are accessing the Service as a property owner, guest, manager, or any other capacity.
1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By registering an account with WULOJ and using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in Saudi Arabia
- You have the legal authority and capacity to enter into this binding agreement
- You are not restricted from using services under Saudi Arabian law or international law
- You have read, understood, and agree to comply with all Terms contained herein
- You will comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations
- All information provided during registration is truthful, accurate, and complete
2. Use of Service and User Responsibilities
WULOJ is designed exclusively for property owners and managers in Saudi Arabia to manage guest onboarding for daily rental properties. Users agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and throughout using the Service
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of their account credentials and not share passwords with third parties
- Be responsible for all activities that occur under their account
- Notify WULOJ immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
- Use the Service in accordance with these Terms and all applicable regulations
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to WULOJ systems, networks, or data
- Not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code or trade secrets
- Not use automated tools, scrapers, or bots to access the Service without permission
3. Prohibited Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Using the Service to engage in illegal activities or violate Islamic law principles
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing any individual or entity
- Transmitting offensive, obscene, or inappropriate content
- Engaging in discriminatory behavior based on nationality, religion, gender, or any protected status
- Attempting to obtain another user's personal information without consent
- Using the Service to facilitate fraud, money laundering, or financial crimes
- Providing false identity verification documents or fraudulent information
- Violating intellectual property rights of WULOJ or third parties
- Uploading malware, viruses, or code intended to harm the Service
- Disrupting the normal operation of the Service
- Violating the rights of children or engaging in exploitation
- Using the Service in any manner that violates Sharia law or Islamic principles
4. Intellectual Property Rights
WULOJ retains all intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, and proprietary software. All content provided through the Service, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the exclusive property of WULOJ or its licensors.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for the purpose of managing guest onboarding for their properties in accordance with these Terms. Users may not:
- Reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service
- Sell, resell, license, or commercially exploit the Service
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Service
5. User-Generated Content and Liability
Users remain responsible for all content they upload, transmit, or otherwise provide through the Service ("User Content"), including identity documents, rental agreements, and property information.
By submitting User Content, you grant WULOJ a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, store, and analyze such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service and improving our platform. You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have necessary rights to the User Content
- User Content does not infringe on third-party rights
- User Content complies with all applicable laws and regulations
- User Content does not violate Islamic law or cultural norms of Saudi Arabia
WULOJ is not responsible for any losses, damages, or legal consequences arising from User Content.
6. Data Protection and Privacy
WULOJ collects and processes personal information including identity verification data, payment information, and metadata. Your information is protected under our Privacy Policy and in compliance with Saudi Arabia's data protection regulations.
We employ industry-standard security measures including encryption and secure data centers. However, no method of transmission is 100% secure. WULOJ is not liable for unauthorized access if you fail to protect your password or account credentials.
Users have the right to:
- Access their personal data
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of their data (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Withdraw consent for data processing
- File complaints with regulatory authorities
7. Payment Terms and Billing
WULOJ may offer various subscription plans and services with associated fees. Users agree to:
- Pay all charges accurately and on time
- Provide valid payment information
- Notify WULOJ of any billing discrepancies within 30 days
- Authorize WULOJ to charge their account for applicable fees
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. WULOJ reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after price changes constitutes acceptance of new pricing.
8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Saudi Arabian law:
- WULOJ makes no representations or warranties regarding the Service's accuracy, completeness, or reliability
- WULOJ does not warrant that the Service is uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful code
- WULOJ disclaims all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
- Users assume all responsibility and risk for their use of the Service
Except where prohibited by law, neither WULOJ nor its officers, directors, employees, or representatives shall be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Lost profits, lost revenue, or lost business opportunities
- Data loss or corruption
- Business interruption
- Any damages arising from unauthorized access or use of the Service
- Third-party conduct or content
WULOJ's total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so this provision may not apply to all users.
19. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WULOJ, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:
- User's breach of these Terms
- User's violation of applicable laws or regulations
- User's use of the Service in violation of these Terms
- User-generated content
- Disputes with guests or third parties
10. Property Owner Responsibilities and Terms
Property owners who list their daily rental properties on WULOJ agree to the following responsibilities and obligations:
10.1 Property Listing and Accuracy
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about property location, features, amenities, and restrictions
- Update property information promptly when any material changes occur
- Upload only authentic, current photographs and videos of the property
- Disclose all known defects, maintenance issues, or property limitations
- Comply with all local zoning, rental, and usage regulations
- Maintain valid business registration and rental licenses as required by Saudi Arabian law
10.2 Property Maintenance and Safety
- Maintain the property in clean, safe, and habitable condition
- Ensure all utilities (electricity, water, gas) are in proper working order
- Install and maintain functional fire safety equipment, smoke detectors, and emergency exits
- Provide working locks on all doors and windows
- Ensure swimming pools, hot tubs, and recreational facilities comply with safety standards
- Conduct regular inspections and repairs to prevent hazardous conditions
10.3 Guest Communication and House Rules
- Respond to guest inquiries within 24 hours
- Provide clear, written house rules and occupancy guidelines to all guests
- Establish and enforce quiet hours and parking policies
- Prohibit smoking, illegal substances, and unauthorized parties
- Clearly specify pet policies and any associated fees
- Establish maximum occupancy limits and enforce them
10.4 Property Availability and Booking Management
- Update availability calendar accurately and in real-time
- Not overbook the property or accept conflicting reservations
- Provide adequate notice to guests if cancellation becomes necessary
- Reserve the right to refuse bookings from guests with verified negative reviews or problematic history
- Maintain property availability except for legitimate maintenance and personal use
10.5 Owner Liability Protection
- Maintain comprehensive property and liability insurance as required by Saudi Arabian law
- Maintain sufficient coverage for guest injuries and property damage
- Assume liability for injuries occurring due to property defects or negligence
- Be responsible for damages caused by property condition, maintenance failures, or safety hazards
- Not hold WULOJ liable for property damage, theft, vandalism, or guest misconduct
11. Guest Responsibilities and Terms
Guests using the WULOJ platform to book daily rental accommodations agree to the following responsibilities and obligations:
11.1 Identity Verification and Compliance
- Provide accurate and verifiable identity information
- Comply with all identity verification procedures required by WULOJ
- Not misrepresent personal information or provide false documentation
- Ensure residency status and visa permits comply with Saudi Arabian law
- Obtain necessary travel visas and documentation as required
11.2 Guest Conduct and House Rules
- Comply with all house rules established by the property owner
- Respect quiet hours and behave in a manner that does not disturb other guests or neighbors
- Not engage in smoking, use of illegal substances, or alcohol consumption (where prohibited by Islamic law)
- Not conduct parties, gatherings, or group events without owner permission
- Maintain the property in clean condition and use facilities appropriately
- Report any property damage or maintenance issues immediately to the owner
11.3 Payment Obligations
- Pay the full booking amount by the specified due date
- Pay all applicable fees, taxes, and service charges
- Authorize WULOJ to charge their account for any additional charges or damages
- Not engage in payment fraud or chargebacks without valid dispute reasons
11.4 Property Damage and Care
- Use the property and all facilities in accordance with normal, intended use
- Take reasonable care to prevent damage to the property and furnishings
- Be liable for damages caused by negligence, misuse, or violation of house rules
- Pay for repairs or replacement of items damaged during the stay
- Not engage in alterations, modifications, or damages to the property
11.5 Occupancy and Guest Limits
- Not exceed the maximum occupancy limit specified in the listing
- Not allow additional guests to occupy the property without owner permission
- Not sublet or share the property with unauthorized third parties
12. Booking and Reservation Terms
When a guest books a property on WULOJ, the following terms apply:
- A binding agreement is formed between the guest and property owner through WULOJ
- WULOJ acts as an intermediary but is not party to the rental agreement
- Guests must be at least 18 years old and provide a valid payment method
- Owners must confirm availability and accept the booking within specified timeframes
- Booking prices include all mandatory fees unless otherwise stated
- Modifications to bookings must be requested through WULOJ with consent from both parties
- WULOJ reserves the right to hold payment in escrow until check-in is confirmed
13. Cancellation and Refund Policies
13.1 Guest Cancellation
- Flexible Policy: Cancellations made 30+ days before check-in receive 100% refund minus WULOJ service fees
- Moderate Policy: Cancellations made 14-29 days before check-in receive 50% refund
- Strict Policy: Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in receive no refund
- Cancellation requests must be submitted through WULOJ before the deadline
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approved cancellation
- Guests remain liable for all payment obligations until cancellation is finalized
13.2 Owner Cancellation
- Owners may not cancel accepted bookings except for legitimate reasons (emergency, property damage, safety threats)
- Owners must provide at least 7 days' notice for non-emergency cancellations
- Guests receive 100% refund plus applicable compensation (20% of booking price) if owner cancels
- WULOJ may suspend accounts for excessive unwarranted cancellations
13.3 Non-Refundable Items
- WULOJ service fees are non-refundable
- Taxes and governmental fees are non-refundable
- Damage fees and additional charges assessed post-checkout are non-refundable
14. Liability and Damage Claims
14.1 Property Damage Claims
- Owners must document property damage with photographs and evidence
- Damage claims must be submitted within 7 days of guest checkout
- Guests are responsible for repair costs of damages caused during their stay
- Owners must provide itemized repair quotes for damages claimed
- Disputes over damage responsibility are resolved through WULOJ's dispute process
14.2 Liability Limitations
- WULOJ is not liable for personal injuries occurring on properties
- WULOJ is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings
- WULOJ is not liable for guest disputes with property owners
- WULOJ is not liable for property accessibility or cleanliness issues
- Owners are responsible for all liability arising from property conditions and guest conduct
- Guests assume all risk of injury from using property facilities and amenities
14.3 Insurance Requirements
- Property owners must maintain comprehensive liability insurance
- WULOJ provides mediation services but does not replace insurance
- Guests should maintain travel insurance for personal belongings and trip cancellation
15. Dispute Resolution Between Users
15.1 Dispute Process
- Step 1: Parties attempt direct negotiation within 48 hours of dispute arising
- Step 2: If unresolved, either party submits a formal dispute claim to WULOJ
- Step 3: WULOJ reviews evidence and mediates a resolution within 14 days
- Step 4: WULOJ makes a binding decision based on evidence and Terms
- Either party may escalate to Saudi Arabian courts if unsatisfied with WULOJ's decision
15.2 WULOJ's Mediation Role
- WULOJ provides dispute mediation but is not liable for the outcome
- WULOJ decisions are based on review of submitted evidence and these Terms
- WULOJ may refund payments, recover charges, or require damages payment as appropriate
- WULOJ reserves the right to suspend users who repeatedly engage in frivolous disputes
15.3 Evidence and Documentation
- Parties must provide photographs, messages, and documentation to support claims
- WULOJ messaging and transaction records are considered prima facie evidence
- Claims without supporting evidence may be dismissed
16. Safety and Security Requirements
16.1 Owner Safety Obligations
- Provide properties free from hazards and safety risks
- Install fire extinguishers, first aid kits, and emergency exits
- Maintain functional smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors
- Provide emergency contact information and evacuation procedures
- Ensure adequate lighting in common areas and entryways
- Secure hazardous materials and childproof dangerous areas if applicable
16.2 Smart Lock Access Security
- Access credentials are provided exclusively to confirmed guests
- Guests must not share access codes or credentials with unauthorized persons
- Access codes expire automatically after checkout
- Access logs are maintained for security purposes
- WULOJ is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by guest misconduct
16.3 Guest Compliance with Safety Measures
- Guests must comply with all safety procedures and owner instructions
- Guests must report emergencies immediately
- Guests may not disable or tamper with safety equipment
17. Rental Agreements and Contracts
WULOJ facilitates the generation and management of rental agreements:
- WULOJ-generated agreements comply with Saudi Arabian rental law
- Agreements are binding legal documents between guest and owner
- Guests receive copies through email and WULOJ platform
- E-signatures on WULOJ agreements are legally binding
- Owners may enforce contracts through Saudi Arabian civil courts
- WULOJ is not liable for contract enforcement or disputes
- Parties may request contract modifications with mutual written agreement
18. Termination and Suspension
WULOJ reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts:
- Violation of these Terms of Service
- Engaging in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities
- Providing false, misleading, or unauthorized information
- Multiple complaints or disputes from other users
- Failure to comply with Saudi Arabian laws and regulations
- Non-payment of amounts due to the platform or other users
Upon termination, WULOJ will handle any pending payments and transactions according to applicable law.
19. Modifications to Terms and Service
WULOJ reserves the right to modify these Terms and the Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
WULOJ may also modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any feature with 30 days' notice and without liability.
20. Third-Party Links and Services
The Service may contain links to third-party websites, applications, and services that are not operated by WULOJ. WULOJ is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms, not these Terms.
WULOJ does not endorse or recommend third-party services and is not liable for any losses or damages arising from their use.
21. Compliance with Saudi Arabian Law
WULOJ operates exclusively within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and in full compliance with Saudi Arabian law. Users agree that they will:
- Comply with all applicable Saudi Arabian laws, regulations, and ordinances
- Comply with Islamic law (Sharia) principles in their use of the Service
- Comply with regulations issued by the General Authority for Tourism and National Heritage (GATH) and Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs
- Comply with rental industry regulations and licensing requirements in Saudi Arabia
- Comply with anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations
22. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The application and interpretation of these Terms shall be subject to Islamic law (Sharia) where applicable.
Any dispute or claim arising from or relating to the Service shall be exclusively resolved through the courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of these courts and waive the right to forum non conveniens or similar objections.
Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation with WULOJ. WULOJ may also pursue disputes through arbitration in accordance with Saudi Arabian law if deemed appropriate.
23. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if not possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
24. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other documents referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and WULOJ regarding the Service and supersede all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements, whether written or verbal.

These Terms of Service are effective as of February 2026 and were last updated on February 24, 2026. WULOJ reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of the Terms in effect at the time of use.
